Chief Elections Officer, Carson Raggie says that the recently announced changes to the voting process will not take effect and that the old process will be used. Earlier this year
electoral authorities recently announced that in a bid to modernize the voting process, new measures including the use of a passport size photo of all candidates will be affixed to the ballot paper, as well as the introduction of a voting stamp to replace the use of pencils. Nevertheless with the announcement of the general elections, the expected changes will not take place.
