The public is hereby notified that the registration of new applicants, change of name and address will cease with effect from Wednesday, November 9, 2011, until further notice, in order to facilitate the processing and publication of the Revised Lists of Electors to be used for the conduct of the November 28, 2011, General Election. However, only persons applying for replacement of lost or expired identification cards will be processed during the aforementioned period.
